30 Days Money Back Guaranteed
All new Temasek Technology aka TemasekTech Customers are eligible for a 30 day money back guarantee on all shared hosting packages ONLY, excluding Domain Service, China Shared Hosting is backed by 7 Days Only, All VPS Hosting and All Dedicated Servers. A new customer is one who has never purchased a hosting package from Temasek Technology in the past. Also if a customer purchases a 2nd, 3rd, etc. hosting package and wishes to cancel this particular package they are not eligible for a refund. If you exceed your bandwidth limit within the first 30 days of service you are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. If the TOS/AUP agreed upon when ordering is violated this also makes you ineligible for the 30 day money back guarantee. We also reserve the right to not accept a refund request on a case by case basis if we feel our services were abused and/or taken advantage of.
In order to entitled for this Policy, you will need to submit a cancel/refund at Customer Portal https://core.temasektech.com within 30 Days from your account activation date. Once approve, your refund will be issue within 1-7 working days

Temasek Technology reserves the right to supplement and/or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of its MSA, including the TOS, AUP, SLA, Privacy Policy, Anti-SPAM Policy and Temasek Technology Partner Program. Temasek Technology will notify its Customers through the customer portal of any changes affecting cancellation, payment of fees, or the SLA. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review Temasek Technology’s policies on a frequent basis to ensure compliance because the MSA in place during your most current month applies, not the MSA which was in place when you registered.
